When people first join they are very anxious to get there business up and running. Getting signup's is exciting. But if you jump in to fast and get no signups you will either be very frustrated or some just quit. Let me tell you this up front this is not a "Get Rich Overnight Business". You have to be committed to do this for the long haul. But once you understand it and see the big picture and know what makes you money that will create you residual income every month. They say 97% of people fail in mlm or network marketing. Our methods of teaching you how to create residual income will be from mlm, network marketing as well as affiliate marketing.

So you have your People Search account and your hosting it on GDI at this point. The first thing you need to do is learn how the system works. We just put together a Squidoo Lens page called GDI Forced Matrix - Build as a Team. We have a link rotator on the website in which we have our Team Ten members loaded in the rotator. Payday with GDI and People Search

I want to give you a update on why GDI and People Search system is a great combination. There are alot of hype out on the web where people are selling you a "Get Rich System". Well that is not what GDI and People Search is. It does require work and it does require your daily efforts but buy doing that it does provide you a great payback.

I have only been using People Search since March of 2009 and it has only been around about a year. I do most of my advertising on the business side of the system but am starting to learn where to advertise the People Search side of things now as well.

So lets recap what kind of money can you make with this system and how it can better build your GDI business.

From the referral part of the People Search system which can pay me up to $20 per lead that goes through the system as you see I have earned $560. This will continue to grow until the end of the month.

I also have $680 being held in reserve until my Step 3 Quality score reaches 14%. When I first started advertising the system I didnt use a targerted lead. This was a learning process which Tissa does a excellent job exlplaining in his "Teach me How to Fish" article. So this will be paid out shortly.

You get $5 for every lead that completes Step1 and you get paid out on this after 30 days. On Step 2 you get a GDI or Lunarpages signup and on Step 3 you make $15 after 65 days. So if I take a look at my pending payments I have $745 that will be paid out over time.

So this is just one income stream out of seven that this system has to offer. Now I also offer Lunarpages as a hosting service as well as GDI. This is a option when you do People Search and if you are serious about using this system and learning more about affiliate marketing I highly recommend you become a Super Affiliate through Tissa. MLM to Affiliate Marketing A Great Pair...

I have always been a big fan of multi-level marketing. I always thought the big picture looked very appealing. I have tried my fair share of them and I will have to say the one's I always seem to like the most was ones that products and recruiting could be done online. Some of these in the past years I have done very well at the beginning but later seen my downline breakaway or of course dwindle away by the ones who join and not getting rich overnight heads for the exit door.

In October of 2008 I joined a web hosting company Global Domains International that I seen had a fantastic track record and offered a product that I myself could use for my mortgage note business. The best part it was affordable at $10 a month. I knew in a down economy I felt a low cost online business could be attractive to the masses. Much different then trying to market a designer bottle of juice.

On October 12th I signed up my wife to be the first on my front line. At the time I was thinking the best way to market this business online would be with two websites. Within the GDI systems there is a invite system that allows you to send out 100 invites a day. I felt at the time 200 a day was better than 100. I purchased leads basically and would send 200 invites a day out and work each premium lead that came from the system. If I had there phone number we would call them but many times it was by email or online chat to communicate with them.

Did I have success? Yes my team and myself had recruited 72 people by the end of 2008. This was just by working leads within the system every day. This took more effort than I really wanted to put into it and I was helping so many people under stand how to use leads and load them into the system. I kept looking at the GDI Leaderboard and then searching the names that were listed to see if I could find what and how they were building there online business.
